Nyno Lynn Wallace, age 48, of Blair, passed away August 20 at Chi Health Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Military Graveside Services are pending and will be held at Omaha National Cemetery. Friends and family will be gathering at a later date.

Nyno was born April 2, 1969, the son of Gene and Darlene Wallace. He proudly served in the Army, and during that time, he served in Somalia.

On March 3, 1990, he was united in marriage to Tara Skarin in Colorado, and shortly after, welcoming his first son, Kevin, to the family. In 1994, his second son, Kyle, was born. The family lived in Colorado and later made their permanent home in Blair, Nebraska.

Nyno was employed with Dana College in Blair until the school's closure. He later earned his CDL and became a driver with Arps Redimix.

Nyno loved wrestling, Hot Wheels, and classic cars. He was a very social person, always smiling, and always strived to bring joy to other people's lives. He had a deep love for his family and was always very proud of them.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Tara; sons, Kevin and fiancée, Molly of Omaha, Kyle of Blair; sisters, Monica Wallace of Omaha, Christina Lord of Ohio, Viola Marriott of North Carolina; brothers, Douglas Tubbs of Omaha, Charles Ellis of Ames, Iowa; aunts and uncles, Donald and Carol Lathrup of Blair, Carla and Ron Johnson; along with many other close friends and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Arrangements are being handled by Campbell Aman Funeral Home, Blair.
