DEATH CLAIMS MRS. TRISLER
Hope Woman Passes Away at New Albany Hospital - Rites Saturday.
Mrs. Lula Trisler, 65, wife of Riley Trisler of Hope, died Thursday morning at Silvercrest sanitarium at New Albany, where she had been under treatment for four weeks.
She was born in Bedford, Ky., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wentworth, and moved to Indiana with her family about 40 years ago. She had resided in the Hope community for the last 18 years.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 o'clock Saturday morning at wesleyan Methodist church, conducted by the Rev. Gilbert Denton. Burial will be made at Bedford, Ky.
The casket is open at the Norman funeral home in Hope, where friends may call until the services.
Surviving besides the husband are three daughters, Mrs. Ada Shafer and Mrs. Wilma McCormick of Hope and Mrs. Clara Ellis of Indianapolis; a son, William Stroup of Columbus; eight grandchildren; four brothers, Ernest Wentworth of Indianapolis, Steve Wentworth of North Madison and Jess and Ezra Wentworth of Bedford, Ky., and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Handlon of Lexington, Ind., Mrs. Ida Kent and Mrs. Eliza Long of Bedford, Ky.
