Frances Payne Bolton
Original name: Frances Bingham
Birth: Mar. 29, 1885
Death: Mar. 9, 1977

Republican Congresswoman for 29 years. Supported projects in nursing, health and education. Persuaded Secretary of War, Newton D. Baker, to establish an Army School of Nursing during WW1.
