Donna E. Brown Sviatko, 58, of Alexandria, formerly of Montross, died Thursday, March 16, 2006. Donna was a teacher at Douglas MacArthur Elementary School, a caring mother, a loving wife and cherished friend. Donna leaves an unfillable void and will be missed forever by her husband, Jerry; her daughter, Courtney; her mother, Louise S. Brown; and her sister, Gail Davis. She was the daughter of the late Donald W. Brown. She also was preceded in death by her sister, Ellen L. Hasselvander. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 19, at First Christian Church, 6165 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donna's name to a charity of choice.
