Raymond was born August 24, 1943, in Inglewood, California to Jay and Myrle (Conover) Mundlin. He was raised in Colorado and served in the U.S. Navy from 1964 to 1985.
He married Ester Vinuya on June 2, 1976, in Olongapo City, Philippines. They were blessed with two children. Sadly, Ester passed away March 24, 2010.
Raymond lived in Lyons, Nebraska and in Arlington, NE until moving to Fremont in 2011.
Raymond was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fremont and the Omaha Gem and Mineral Club.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Joseph Mundlin, and daughter, Christina (Enoch) Vandever — all of Fremont, NE — and 4 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ester; and 3 brothers.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, November 28, 2016, at the Church of Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fremont. Bishop Seth Chappell will officiate. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. on Monday at the church. Military graveside services will be conducted by Fremont Honor Guard of V.F.W. Post 854 and American Legion Post 20 at the Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, NE.
