Born Sept. 8, 1917, at Ramage in Boone County, he was the son of the late Archie and Pearl Ball Hall.
Mr. Hall was a World War II Army veteran. He was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Union Carbide in South Charleston, with 48 years of service.
He was preceded in death by: a sister, Louise Williams; three brothers, Howard Ray Hall, Archie Hall, Jr., and Frankie Hall.
Graveside service and burial were held Aug. 26, at the Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, where the Rev. Earl Akers officiated.
