Neff, Betty E., 79, of Rural St., Paden City, died September 22, 2007, at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
She was born June 4, 1928, on Buck Run to the late John and Mary Wright Buck.
She was a former employee of Paden City Pottery. She was a member of the Buck Run Church of Christ and the Paden City American Legion Post 86 Auxiliary.
She is survived by a son, William Jay (Sharon) Neff of New Martinsville; two granddaughters, Kathleen Simons of Massillon, Ohio, and Kimberly Lechner of Martins Ferry, Ohio; three great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons; two brothers, Paul (Etha) Buck of Sistersville and Howard (Shelva) Buck of Sistersville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William O. "Bill" Neff in 2002; six brothers, Eugene, Virgil, Gail, Orgil, Creal, and Lyle Buck; and two sisters, Evelyn Buck and Gertrude Buck.
