Funeral for Howard James, 70, Hartselle 2, who died Thursday in a Hartselle Hospital, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jack Belew and Rev. Finis Self officiating, with burial in Johnson Chapel Cemetery, Peck Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Gretchen James, Hartselle; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Ikner, Decatur and Mrs. Freda Ikner, Hartselle; two sons, Charles Lee James, Hartselle and Edward James, Orlando, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Zula Roberts, Hartselle and Mrs. Lucy Moore, Moulton; one brother, Grover James, Decatur; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Earl James, Euel James, Bobby James, Billy James, Don Morris and Harold Morris.
