At an early hour Wednesday morning W.N.Forbes died at the residence of J.L.Fortenberry in this city.Mr.Forbes while attending court here in January was taken with a serve case of Pneumonia from which he gradually grew worse and from which the hopes of his recovery lessened from to day until death came.Mr.Forbes was one of the representative men of Marion county,being a member of the board of Supervisors from beat 3.He leaves a family and friends to mourn his sad and untimely death.
