Daughter of Anthony & Johanna Thurner, she is the second wife of Christian Knoll.

She appears with some of her family in the 1880 census of Woodford Co. where they farmed near Secor.

Christian had 12 children. Unclear which were Julia's.

SERVICES FOR MRS. KNOLL
HELD AT SECOR TUESDAY

Secor - Feb 12 - Funeral services were held here Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. Christian Knoll, who died Saturday.

Mrs. Knoll is survived by her husband and nine children: Mrs. Emma Newbauer of Bloomington; Harvey, Edward, Earl and Mrs. Alma Dehority, el Paso; Mrs. Clara Klehm, Piper City; Mrs. Nellie Cleefman, Monticell, Ind.; Frank of Charlotte and Raymond of Secor.

She is also survived by four sisters and one brother.


FUNERAL SERVICES AT SECOR FOR MRS. KNOLL
Secor, Feb 9 (Special) -- Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the M.E. church here for Mrs. Christ Knoll who died suddenly Saturday afternoon.

Services will be in charge of Rev. O. C. Clapp of Odell. Mr. and Mrs. Knoll have resided in this vicinity for many years.
