Willie Pinkney Wingo, the daughter of William Bomar Wingo and Elizabeth P "Lizzie" Terry married Henry Milton Roberts on December 02, 1906 in Cherokee County, Alabama. They had four daughters; Ecelena Pearl, Billie Mildred, Hester Irene, and Jackie "Ruby Mae". Also one son; Grady William.

Roberts, Mrs. Willie Pinkney, 5405 Bradford Avenue died in a local hospital at 10:35 o'clock Friday morning. Mrs. Roberts was a life long resident of this area. She was a member of the St. Elmo Church of God. Her survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Clayton, Mrs. Irene Terrell and Mrs. Jackie Long, all of Chattanooga; a son, Grady Roberts, Fort Oglethorpe, GA.; five brothers, M. T. Wingo, H.B. Wingo and Tom Wingo, all of Chattanooga. J.C. Wingo, Chickamauga, GA., and John Wingo, Scotsdale, GA; three granddaughters, Mrs. Willie Scott and Mrs. Betty Ellis, both of Chattanooga, and Mrs. Joyce Gilly, Hight Point, GA.; eight other grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the St. Elmo Church of God. Rev. J. H. Giles and Rev. Lloyd Brown officiating. Interment in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park. Active pallbearers, Austin Ellis, Maurice Gilley, Richard Scott, Billy Long, John D. Cook Jr. and jerry Chambers. Honorary pallbearers will be the Faith Workers Sunday School Class of the church. The body is at the funeral home of J. Avery Bryan Company.
