Father of Freddie Prinze and grandfather of Freddie Prinze Jr. He was a German Lutheran immigrant who came to the United States in 1934. He and his family originally lived in Washington Heights, New York. Edward died of cancer at the Encino Medical Center where he worked as a security guard. Besides those listed below, his family included a daughter, Rita and two grand children.
