Rosecranz DICK was born in Pulaska county, Kentucky, May 4, 1862 and departed this life at the home of his son, Leland Dick, near Ozawkie, Kansas, at the age of 79 years, 10 months and 9 days. He was married to Ida M. ANGEL, December 10, 1890. To this union three children were born, one son, Leland R., of Ozawkie and two daughters, Leone E. GREER and Ada Leclare GREER, both of Beaman, Mo. He is survived by his wife of the home and these three children; also five grandchildren, Duane, Deanna and Ethel Kaye GREER, and Chole Angel, daughter of Ernest and Leclare Greer, and LeRoy Dick, son of Leland and Odessa Dick. ALos a brother, C.F. Dick of Perry, Kansas.
He united with the Methodist church of Perry several years ago.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Joseph C. Lane Sunday afternoon at the Dick schoo. Burial was made int he Dick cemetery.
