He enjoyed bowling from a young age at Bowl Aire Lanes and continued through high school. He competed in many local tournaments in Nebraska. He also enjoyed video games and online gaming with his friends and family. Brett also enjoyed playing Canasta as well as other card and board games with family and friends. As a goal during the year Brett and Rick tried very hard to hit as many roller coasters as they could. He also tried to blackmail his mother numerous times to get on them and sometimes it worked.
He is proceeded in death by maternal grandmother, Sandra (Smith) Perkins and his paternal grandfather Jerry Bennett.
Brett is survived by his parents and step-parents. 2 sisters, Desiree Perkins, of New York City, New York and Andrea (Marcus) Carter of Girard, PA and 2 brothers, Alexander Bennett and Mackenzie Bennett both of Corry, PA. His maternal grandfather, Emmett Perkins and paternal grandmother Beth Anne Bennett. He will be dearly missed by James and Beverly Brown, whom he loved as grandparents.
He will be loved and missed by many aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles, cousins and nephew.
A burial and memorial will be held at the Wattsburg Cemetery on Saturday August 15,2020 11:00am. Friends and family may call on the family after services at his grandfather’s Emmett Perkins home.
