In Sep 1917, Warner applied for a passport, stating his reason for going to France and England was work with the YMCA. He stated he was born in Milan TN. Evelyn was a resident of Shelby Co TN and died there. Warner died there also. I did not see any children listed for Warner and Evelyn in the census of 1920 or 1930.
