Actress. Virginia was an outstanding member of Spanish-American theater in New York. She was born in Bogotá, the daughter of Valencian actor Enrique Rambal. She played in more than 100 plays, such as "Las Troyanas," "Troya de América," "La Dama Duende," "El Jardín de los Cerezos" and "Hécuba." Virgina was awarded with the OBIE from de Village Voice in New York, Best Actress Award from A.C.E. and the New York State Hispanic Heritage Committee Sustained Excellence Award. She also appeared in the short films "Angels Don't Know," "El Pez Dorado" and "Blue Diner." One of his last works was in the TV series "La Virgen de Guadalupe." She was buried with her beloved father. (Thanks to her son, by this information).
