Sybil Maxine Hudson 83, of Gatewood , Missouri, died Sunday March 7, 2010 at St. Francis Medical Center, in Cape Giratdeau, Missouri.
Hrs. Husdon was the daughter of Roy and Ethel P. (Hudson) Murdock, was born December 12, 1926. She was a housewife and a life-long member of the Ponder Church of Christ. Mrs. Hudson enjoyed cooking, quilting, gardening, canning, and being with her family.
On November 29, 1944 she married Arnold C. Hudson at Corning, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on January, 25, 1996.
She is survived by two sons; Ronald Elvin (And Alice) Hudson and Jerald Lane ( and Sharon)Hudson, both of Gatewood;, two sisters, Lola Holland and Judith Hinton, both of Daniphan; three brothers, Cleo Murdock, of Millington, Tenn., Lyndal Murdock, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and Jim Murdock of Doniphan; five grandchildre, Julie Cochan, Mark Hudson, Matt, Hudson, and Timonthy Mandry; six great-grandchildren, Crystal Wollos, Brittany Cochran, Hunter Hudson, Alexia Mandry, Faith Mandry, and Skylar Mandry, and one great-great-grandchild, Lillyn Wollos.
Mrs. Hudson preceded in death by her parents , her husband, one grandson, Owen Hudson, and one brother Bob Murdock.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening, March 9, 2010 from 5-8 P.M. at the Edward Furneral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will start Wednesday morning, March 10, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the furneral chapel with Reverend Steve Sanders officiating. Burial will be in the Ponder Cemetery.

Note: I had added her name the same time that I added her husbands name, but not out of disrepect for her, since she was still living. I added only her birth date, so that I could keep them together as a family, as man and wife.
