"Our Special Dad"
Norwood was known as "Pinky" and very few people called him by his birth name of Norwood. He also was known to a few by another nickname of "Jim". He loved to go camping with his Family. Among his hobbies he liked to hunt, fish and most of all in the Spring, go Mushroom hunting. He usually out did all the rest of us. My dad was very handy and could fix most anything. He loved to make things out of wood. One Christmas, when his daughters were growing up, he made each of us a beautiful doll cradle and a small wardrobe for our doll clothes. We treasure the many things that he made for each of us over the years. He sold many of his talented pieces at the Arts and Craft Shows.
