"William Chesebro, whose critical illness was mentioned two weeks since, died in this village, Wednesday, May 22, in the eighty-first year of his age. Mr. Chesebro was a native of this town, and nearly all his life has been passed in this vicinity. His wife preceded him in death some fifteen years since. He is survived by two sons and three daughters, George T. and James Chesebro of this village; Mrs. A. J. Perkins, Mrs. H. G. Knight, of this place, and Mrs. L. M. Crandall, of West Edmeston.
