She was born in Richmond and was the widow of Henry E. Ragle.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra J. Ragle of Chesapeake and Joyce Pardue and her husband, Van, of Chesapeake; a son, Robert French of Chesapeake; two sisters, Janis Rouse of Mechanicsville, Va., and Lois Lumpkin of Mountpelier, Va.; and a granddaughter, Brandy Pardue. She was predeceased by her brother, Sonny French.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. David Martin. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
