Funeral services for Andrew Jackson Fullington, a resident of this place for a number of years, who died on Sunday morning at the home of his nephew, Cecil F. Fullington, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, following an illness of several weeks, were held here on Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m., at the Reckmeyer Funeral chapel. Therlo Reckmeyer sang two solos. The deceased was born in Webster County, Missouri in 1868, was married to Eliza Barnhardt, and they lived on their ranch near Merriman for some time. One son, Andrew, and a daughter, both deceased, were born to the couple. Mr. Fullington had been in rather poor health for some time, and was moved to his nephew’s home shortly before his death. His only survivors are two brothers, J. C. Fullington of Central City and D. A. Fullington of Marshfield, Missouri, and a number of nieces and nephews. Burial was made in the Arlington cemetery.
