"James Paul Vandiver, 93 of Winslow died Saturday, December 2, 2006 at Circle of
Life Hospice Home in Springdale. He was born June 8, 1913 in Hazel Valley, Arkansas
to the late Alford and Celia Pense Vandiver.
He was a self employed automobile mechanic most of his life.
The family will receive friends at Beards Chapel Monday from 5 to 7PM.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Lee Vandiver; 2 daughters, Lois Kilpatrick of
Farmington, Vivian Dennis of Lavaca, AR; step-son, Ronnie Lambert of Wichita,
Kansas; 2 sisters, Ruth Clayton of Oklahoma City, OK, Birdie DeVore of Winslow;
brother, George Vandiver of Lincoln, Nebraska; 6 grandchildren, 16
great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00PM, Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at Winslow Assembly
of God Church with Rev. Perry Hall officiating. Burial will be in Parks Cemetery under
the direction of Beards Chapel"
