She is survived by one daughter, Mary Foret Verdun and husband, Dr. Larry J. Verdun; one sister, Inez T. Boudreaux; two grandchildren, Tiffany V. Galey and husband, Donovan, and Dr. Todd D. Verdun and wife, Jennifer; and two great-grandchildren, Jessica Rose Galey and Sophia Mary Galey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Eugene Foret; her parents, Louis Theriot and Matilde Gaudet Theriot; two brothers, Louis and Augustine Theriot; and five sisters, Edna T. Degruise, Elena T. Babin, Hedwidge T. Melancon, Exse T. Waguespack and Lydia T. Danos.
She was a former member of the Ladies Altar Society and American Legion Auxiliary. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and will be dearly missed.
She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Co-Cathedral.
