H.C. Clements Died Sunday
Funeral services are tentatively set for Thursday afternoon at Fowler Nazarene Church for Homer C. Clements, 69, of Fowler, who died at Pioneers Memorial Hospital Sunday night. He had been hospitalized since June 1.
He was born to George and Vista Clements on July 25, 1902 in Senora, Tex., and came to Colorado in 1948. He was married to Lillie Belle Baggett, Aug. 20 1920 in Albany Tex. And the couple lived in Fowler for 11 years. He was engaged in the sheep shearing business.
He is survived by his widow of the home; four sons including Richard of Manzanola, O.H. Clements of Rosewell N.M., E.C. Clements of Manitou Springs, and Bill Clements of Fowler; one daughter, Mrs. Violet Ferguson of Fowler; five brothers, one sister, 21 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Crist Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
