Born Felice Maria Vincenzo di Borbone, at Schwarzau am Steinfelde, Austria the son of Roberto I di Borbone, Duca di Parma and Maria Antonia Adelaide de Bragança Infanta de Portugal. He gained the title of Principe Felice di Parma in November 1919. He married Charlotte von Nassau-Weilburg, Grand-Duchesse de Luxembourg on November 6, 1919 at Luxemburg and with her had six children. As a result of his marriage, he was styled as Prince Félix de Luxembourg. He was appointed Colonel of the Luxembourg Volunteers Company, February 12, 1920. He served as President of the Luxembourg Red Cross from 1923 to1932 and again from 1947 to1969. He served as Inspector-General of the Luxembourg Army from 1945 to1967. He died at age 76 at Fishback Castle, Luxemburg.
