Goldie N. Maack, 90, of Blair, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2002, in Blair.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home in Omaha, with interment at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Goldie N. Maack was born Aug. 2, 1911, in Colorado.

She was the longest standing member of the Ladies Auxiliary of V. F.W. Post 2503; was a member of Eastern Star, Chapter 269; a member of LaSociete De Femme; and a member of the Retired City Civilians Club of Omaha.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Hansen of Omaha, and a son-in-law, Howard Kofoed of Kennard, four grandchildren and their spouses, 10 great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Edward Metz and John Maack, daughter, Betty Kofoed, and grandson, Darrel Russel.

Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
