Samuel Coy, died, at his home, south west of Kansas, last Friday night. The funeral took place on Tuesday last.

Died at his home near Kansas, February 13, Samuel Coy, aged 63. He was born in Kentucky, December 4, 1822; moved to Switzerland County, Indiana; in 1827, married Martha Anderson in 1850 and was the father of twelve children, three of which preceded him to the better land. He joined the Christian Church in 1875 and was a man of deeds, not of words.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Downey, who took for his text, by request, the 7th verse of the 4th Chapter of 2nd Timothy.
