During his college days at Texas A&M, Goode was a standout player who set numerous team records. In 59 career NFL games, Goode had 596 rushes, for 2,531 yards, with 16 touchdowns and 53 receptions, for 640 yards, with 1 touchdown. He died of complications from liver disease.
