Lydia was the daughter of Jacob HUFFORD and Catharine VAN HELLEN.

She married Alexander PRINGLE on March 4, 1865, in Wood County, Ohio. The minister was the Rev. Noah Henricks.

She was the mother of Isaac Calvin, Irene, Jacob Joe, Joel (died as an infant), Mertie, Sanford, Delia, and Olive Pearl.
