Kaylene Evelyn Gray passed away September 5, 2016, at her daughter's home in Gretna, Nebraska. A graveside gathering will be held 11am Saturday, September 17, 2016, at the Blair Cemetery.
Kaylene was born on January 14, 1950, in Blair, Nebraska, the daughter of Roland and Evelyn Long. She was raised in Blair and attended Blair Community Schools and graduated from Blair High School. Later in life, she settled in Gretna, Nebraska, living with her daughter and son-in-law for the past 15 years. Kaylene was always known as a hard worker with a great sense of humor.
She is survived by her daughter,Brandi (Chuck) Dyas of Gretna; grandchildren, Kashia, Robert, Matthew and Shelby Dyas; great-granddaughter, Ava Dyas; mother, Evelyn Long of Blair; and brother, Marvin Long of Milford, Nebraska.
She was preceded in death by her son, David Gray; father, Rolland Long; and brother, Wes Long.
