Albert Traeger, son of Mr. and Mrs Carl Traeger, retired farmers living in Fairbury, died Sept. 24, 1910 at Redfield, South Dakota, after an illness of one week. Death followed an operation for appendicitis.
He was baptized in 1889 and confirmed on March 31, 1901 at Zion Evangelical Church, Gladstone, NE.
The deceased was a little over 21 years old and was born in Jefferson County NE. The remains were brought here for burial and the funeral was held Monday at the Presbyterian Church here, services being conducted by the German Lutheran Minister at Gladstone.
