Dustin Glen Curtis

Dustin Glen Curtis, 16, of Nampa, died Sunday, June 3, 2007 in Boise County due to injuries received in an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, June 8, 2007, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kuna Idaho Stake, 3305 W. Kuna Rd., (corner of Blackcat and Kuna Rds.) Burial will follow at Cloverdale Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of the Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel.

Dustin was born on July 13, 1990 in Nampa, Idaho, the son of Greggory and JoAnn Schick Curtis. He spent 11 years going to Kuna schools. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, riding horses with his family and playing catcher on the Kuna High School baseball team.

Dustin came into the world with a smile always on his face and a kind spirit. He was especially good with his smaller nieces, nephews and friends. He had a love for fishing and hunting and was especially good with horses. When Dustin wasn't in the mountains his heart was on the baseball diamond and he was hoping to play college baseball.

Dustin enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend, Karley for the past couple of months. She made him smile and put sparkle into his eyes.

Survivors include his father and mother, Greg and JoAnn Curtis; his younger brother, Heath and his sister, Cassandra all of Nampa; his grandparents, Richard and Rena Curtis of Kuna, and Dennis and Shirley Schick of Nampa; several aunts and uncles of the Kuna and Nampa area; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his two great-grandmothers, Margie Jones of Kuna and Hazel Curtis of Boise. He was preceded in death by great grandparents from both sides of his family.

Dustin will be greatly missed but will always hold his families hearts because they will remember his warm smile and good heart that made his parents so proud to have him as a son.
