Rebecca Ann Davis Hajal
4/20/1981 - 5/28/2007
Our dear sweet wife, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt, and loving friend has been called home to serve the Lord in heaven. Becca died on May 28, 2007 in a tragic car accident. Becca is the daughter of Joyce and Robert Bertasso of Lehi, Utah. Becca is the wife and soul mate to her husband Phil Hajal, who will miss her wonderful spirit and light in his life. Becca will be missed by her sister, Kim Mayhugh and her brother Joseph Davis, along with Kim's husband Keith and Joseph's wife Kristin. Becca will also be missed by her mother-in-law and father-in-law Sandra and Nolan Hajal. Becca is also survived by her 6 nephews, 2 nieces, 12 aunts and uncles, 16 cousins, and 14 second cousins who all love her dearly.
Becca was born on April 20, 1981 to Donald and Joyce Davis in Portland, Oregon. Becca's father, Donald Davis, was called home to the Lord on February 17, 1994 after dying of cancer when Becca was only 12 years old. Becca spoke often of her father and the happy times she enjoyed with him. Now Becca will have the opportunity of being reunited with her father.
Becca led a fast life but always found time to help those in need. She was an instant friend to everyone she would meet. Becca is a beautiful, gorgeous, sweet, kind, caring, loving and spiritual person who attracts everyone to her with her bubbly personality.
Becca's life as a child was filled with joy and happiness and she was such a smart girl who always got A's in her classes through high school. She went on to attend the University of Florida and became a true Gator who loved her school and took great pride in their athletic teams. In Becca's first year at college, she met Phil Hajal, who became the love of her life as well as each other's soul mates. Becca graduated from the University of Florida in December of 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences. She was continuing her education in Florida to become a Nurse Anesthetist.
Becca had many great talents, one of which is her great ability to write. No one can write and express themselves and their thoughts like Becca can. She had an ability to use the English language to convey her thoughts and feelings in a most unique way that others loved to read. She also has a great talent for modeling, and after many photo shoots has had her beautiful pictures on magazine covers and in other publications.
Anyone who was touched by Becca in any small way will surely miss her. Becca's mother Joyce will certainly miss the opportunity to talk with her sweet Becca on a daily basis. Phil, Becca's husband, will always love her and will hold her dear to his heart forever.
