(Danville P.O.) as being a carpenter and the son of Daniel Ramey--57, (a cooper), and his wife, Melvina Ramey--53. There was also a Albert W. Ramey--41, (a mechanic), and Rosa B. Ramey--4, living in the home. In the 1870 census, Annette was 29, and her husband, John W. Ramey was 30. He is listed as being a manufacturer of "T. Shapes???". Also in their home was Lewis Smith--29, a teamster; John T. Brown--28, a teamster; George Ramey--17, a clerk in a store; Luther Ramey--8; Robert L. Ramey--5; Lorena Ramey--2; and an infant Ramey--7 months. By 1880, her husband John W. Ramey--40, had remarried to a Martha S.P.--22. Annette's children Robert L.--16; Lorena--12; and Elizabeth T.
