"The family of Barbara LeBlanc MUMPER, 76, sadly announces her passing on May 17, 2007 at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. Born in Littleton, NH on April 16, 1931, she had resided in Carlisle since 1959.
Barbara was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. She was retired from the All American Truck Stop Group and was currently employed by Carlisle Productions. She was a former employee of the Carlisle Elks for many years.
She was a past member of the Cumberland Valley ABWA Chapter and was once recognized as their Business Woman of the Year when she owned LeBlanc & Company Inc. Barbara was a avid Penn State Fan and a proud member of the Nittany Lion Club for 27 years.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 31 years, Richard "Dick" Mumper of Carlisle; her children, Ric LeBlanc and his wife Faye of Boiling Springs, Robert Alan LeBlanc of KY, Rosemary (Rose) LeBlanc of East Freetown, MA, John LeBlanc and his wife Wendy of Carlisle, and Patrick LeBlanc and his wife Beth of New Freedom, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leo J. LeBlanc (1933-1969), and two daughters Carol and Janice.
