M. Venable, who lives three miles north of Meridian, died yesterday morning at 3 o'clock, at the advanced age of 67. The funeral will be held today at 10 a.m. at the Meridian cemetery. Mr. Venable was the father of a large family, 8 or 10 children surviving him, the youngest being about 11 years old.
