Garden City-- Ellis Barton, 80 died May 2, 1984, at St. Francis Hospital, Colorado Springs, Colo. Born Apri 8, 1904, at Pretty Prairie, he was a retired laborer and had been a Colorado Springs reisdent for 20 years, moving from Hutchinson.

He was a World War II Army Veteran.

Survivors: brothers Earl, Garden City: Ray, Sarasota, Fla.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lone Star Cemetery, Pretty Prairie: the Rev. Ron Williams. Arrangements by Garnand Funeral Home, Garden City.
