WEST POINT - Ruby M. Brown, 78, died May 13, 2007, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Vance officiating. Burial will follow at West Point Memorial Garden Cemetery. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements. Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Brown was born June 24, 1928, in Sturgis to the late Myrtle Bowen Fulgham and Shellie Fulgham. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Brown; sisters, Shirley Barnett and Barbara Mays; and brother, Paul Fulgham. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Johnson and Carolyn Runnels, both of Hattiesburg; sisters, Cleo Hester of Walthall, Mildred Dean Smith of Stewart, Eva Fulgham of Eupora, Agnes Vance of Calhoun City and Marzell Cobb of Hazelhurst; brother, S.C. Thomas Fulgham of Maben; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Brandon Cobb, Michael Boykin, Calvin Brooks, Randy Brooks, Lynn Davis and Bob Brown.
