Following is obituary from the Clinton Weekly Clintonian, Feb 4, 1910, page 8, col 5
Mrs. Nancy Pauley [sic], mother of Mrs. Harry Whetsel of Clinton, died at her home near St. Bernice, a few days ago. Mrs. Pauley was 75 years old and had lived with her husband until his death two years ago, about a half century on the farm where she died. She was a very prominent leader in the Christian church. Burial was in Sugar Grove cemetery.
