Minnie Joe was born in Ellis County, Texas, to the late Thomas Edgar and Maggie Thomas (Middleton) Goodwin. All her life she sewed for friends and family. Minnie had quite the knack for remembering each individual on their birthday with a card every year.
Preceding her in death was her husband, G. S. Williams; son, Larry Lynn Williams; brother, Thomas Edgar Goodwin; and sisters, Elizabeth Ray and Claudia Nixon.
Survivors include her daughter, Patsy Andrews and husband, Bill, of Corpus Christi; grandchildren, Jessie Andrews, Lee Andrews and wife, Linda, and Debi Andrews, all of Corpus Christi, and Cheryl Andrews-Pollino and husband, Perry, of Mentor, Ohio; three great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; two step-great-great-granddaughters; other relatives and many friends.
