She married Emory Lee Harvey. They were blessed with two children.
The Harveys were in business many years in California. The last 15 years, she lived in a nursing home in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Gertrude M. Harvey died Friday, April 25, 1997 at Community Care of America Nursing Home in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Left to honor her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Jim and Rae Taylor of Blair, Nebraska; six grandchildren and their spouses, Brad and Laura Taylor, Kim and Terry Conrad of Blair; Steve Taylor of Atlanta, Georgia; Raelene Sprague of San Ramon, California; Ron and Jon Slavens of El Segundo, California; seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair, Nebraska. Burial was in Memory Gardens, Brea, Calif.
