KUMMETZ--Mrs. O. Kummetz Dies; Services On Wednesday
Mrs. Olga Kummetz, 63, died about 12:30 p.m. Sunday at her Columbus home following a lingering illness. She was seriously ill the past six months.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran church and the Rev. C.R. Goldenstein, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Columbus cemetery.
The body will lie in state at the Gass Funeral chapel from 11 a.m until 5 p.m. Tuesday when it will be taken to the family home, 2917 Seventh street, there to lie in state until the hour of the service.
Mrs. Kummetz, daughter of the late Ludwig and Adlena Bahr Tetzlaff, was born Aug. 28, 1890 at Madison and received her education in the rural schools of that community. She was confirmed in the Lutheran church at Madison.
At the age of 16, she moved with her parents to a farm north of Albion. On March 11, 1907 she married Herman Kummetz at Albion, and they made their home there and at St. Edward before coming to the Columbus vicinity about 18 years ago. Mr. Kummetz died Dec. 12, 1938.
Mrs. Kummetz was a member of Trinity Lutheran church.
She is survived by two daughters, Misses Eva and Audrey of Columbus; two sons, Norman of Columbus and Wilbert of Newman Grove; one brother, Theodore Tetzlaff of Madison; sister, Mrs. Will McDonald of Fremont; and three granddaughters.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Owen, in 1935; an infant daughter, Vera; brother, Herman of Petersburg; and one sister, Mrs. John Galitz of Julesburg, Colo.

KUMMETZ--Kummetz Rites - Funeral services for Mrs. Olga Kummetz, 63, were held Wednesday afternoon at Trinity Lutheran church with the Rev. C.R. Goldenstein officiating.
