WINTER HAVEN -- Mr. John Hubert Prince of Winter Haven died Friday (April 14, 1995). He was 86.
Born in Columbia, S.C., on Dec. 17, 1908, he moved to Winter Haven from Clearwater three months ago. He was assistant director of Commerce for the federal government in Washington and a veteran. He was a member of United Street United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Lyle Prince, Winter Haven; son, Richard Prince, San Diego; daughter, Carol Kostic Baerhold, Winter Haven; and brother, E.E. Prince, Loris, S.C.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Spring Haven.
