| Birth: | 1825 Cincinnati Hamilton County Ohio, USA | | Death: | Jul. 15, 1868 New Jersey, USA |  A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, she was a member of the prominent Groesbeck family, the daughter of John H. and Mary S. Groesbeck. She married General Joseph Hooker in 1865, while he was stationed in Cincinnati. She died from consumption at their residence in Watertown, New Jersey when she was 43 years old. She was initially interred in New Jersey and removed to Spring Grove Cemetery in 1868 to Section 38, Lot 1. In 1880, her husband was removed from his grave in New York shortly after his death when a large red granite memorial was erected for him at Spring Grove. Olivia's grave was moved and she was buried next to her husband in Section 30, Lot A. She was also the sister of U.S. Congressman, William Slocum Groesbeck.
