Brooke married John Martinez, Jr. on September 4, 2004 at the United Faith Community Church in Valley, Nebraska and they have made their home in the Denver, Colorado area.
Brooke worked at Roma’s as a server while she was in college and served as Vice-President of 1st National Bank of Colorado after her graduation. She enjoyed listening to music, hanging out at the lake, the mountains and spending time with family. Brooke was a loving, beautiful, kind-hearted and supportive woman who will be remembered for her curly hair, beautiful smile and blue eyes. She enjoyed R & B music, was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos and the Huskers. Brooke savored an authentic enchilada, a cold diet coke and dinner out at El Bee’s, Farmer Brown’s or Big Fred’s. She didn’t care for clutter or dirty stuff. Brooke could often be heard saying: “Be kind” and “It’s all good”, affirming her positive attitude.
