Revolutionary War Brigadier General, Judge, Representative. Son to Governor Roger Wolcott and Sarah Drake and was married in the year 1746 to Jerusha Wolcott. He was considered a very well respected representative of the town of South Windsor, Connecticut in the general assembly. He was also a representative in congress, Judge for the county court as well as the superior court system for the state of Connecticut.
