Billy C. Culberson, 75, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, April 21, 2001, at his home.
Mr. Culberson was born Jan. 7, 1926, in Texarkana, Ark. He was retired from Texas Pacific Railroad, a member of First Congregational Methodist Church and Elks Club, former member of Northridge Men's Gold (sic) Association and an Air Force veteran of World War II.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Chrys and Don Capshaw of Texarkana; one aunt, E. C. Lane of Flagstaff, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Kyle Capshaw and Meredith Capshaw; and a number of cousins.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today in East Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Leon McDowell officiating. Burial will be under direction of East Funeral Home.

NOTES: Billy was preceded in death by his identical twin brother, Bobby James Culberson, in 1964; and their parents, Charles & Valerie Culberson.
They were born in Texarkana, Texas.
They graduated in 1944 at North Heights High School there.
