Jean Sawyer Keeble, age 88 of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, April 3.
She was a longtime member of Providence Baptist Church, where she was passionate about missions.
Mrs. Keeble worked 35 years for JC Penny. She loved to quilt and do crafts.
Mrs. Keeble was preceded in death by her parents Perry and Opal Sawyer, husband of 42 years Edgar Keeble; brother John Edward Sawyer, brother-in-law Raymond Buchanan

He was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Seymour and retired from the Aluminum Company of America after 39 plus years of service.
He was a 50 plus year member of the Masons and the Seymour Lodge of Eastern Star.
Preceded in death by parents Samuel W. and Martha C. Keeble, wife, Arizona Riggs Keeble, brothers, W.T. (Bill), Lloyd, and Carl Keeble, sisters, Ellen Miller, Belle Woods Rahe, Nora Norton, Maude Howell, Flora Russell and twin sister, Edna Lowrey.
