The body of Mrs. C. A. Lindstedt arrived from Buhl, Idaho, last Sunday morning, death having occurred on their ranch near that place on Wednesday morning, Sept. 12th. The funeral was held at the S. F. Martin residence at 3 o’clock Sunday afternoon, Rev. J. Wallace Larkin officiating. The music was furnished by a quartette composed of Misses Gertrude Mead and Mary Cook and Dr. C. R. She was married to C. A. Lindstedt Sept. 27th, 1898 at Boone, Ia., and made their first home in Des Moines, Ia. They lived here for four years, leaving here three years ago for Buhl. Besides the husband and parents, she leaves one sister, Mrs. Bessie Frank, of Des Moines. She was of a sunny disposition and her happy, kindly ways won her friends wherever she went. She was afflicted with an incurable disease and still she was hopeful and happy, planning what she would do up to the very last day of her life. The end came peacefully while a friend was reading the 91st psalm, which had always been a favorite with her.
