Nick was born to Dr. Frederick & Charlott Ware. He graduated from Blair High School in 2005, from Iowa Western Community College in 2007, with an Associate's Degree, and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Scholastic Honor Society. His Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology was obtained from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2011.
In December of 2016 Nick became an Apprentice Electrician with International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Nick died at his home, surround by his parents and sister, seven months after being diagnosed with metastatic colon cancer.
